03/09/19 Education and Youth in the European Union - Current challenges and future prospects

Requested by the European Parliament Committee on Culture and Education, this study identifies the development of inclusive digital learning as a possible policy option to tackle current and future challenges for education and youth policies, such as youth unemployment and skills mismatch.

The research also warns against risks linked to digital learning, such as the over-marketisation of the learning environment or the overestimation of what digital learning can actually achieve.
