EeSA is governed by its members through the General Assembly (GA) and the Board of Directors (BoD). The BoD is the executive body of EeSA. Two co-Chairs lead both the GA and BoD.
Executive Committee
EeSA also has an Executive Committee (ExCom), as well as a secretariat headed by the EeSA General Manager Mr. Andrea PAROLA, in charge of day-to-day management of EeSA, based in Brussels.
The Excom led by the co-Chairs steers EeSA policies and supports the BoD in carrying out their tasks and priorities. This committee consists of 3 - 5 Board Directors (or their delegates). The General Manager of EeSA is an ex officio member of the Excom.
EeSA members are invited to take on or are assigned specific tasks and commitments in line with the EeSA Vision and Mission.

- Oracle – Mr. Danny Gorris
The Board of Directors (BoD) is entrusted with carrying out EeSA’s tasks and objectives, as well as maintaining control of member obligations in accordance with set priority actions. The BoD is composed of high-level executives, chairmen, CEOs, presidents, and/or vice-presidents of member organisations. The BoD meets in-person at least three times per year, one of which is in preparation of the annual General Assembly.
